Overhead press before bench?
This is the routine in order as of now.
- Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
- Incline Barbell Bench Press
- Dips
- Overhead press
- Overhead Dumbbell Extension
- Side Laterals
- Pushdowns
- Cable Crossover / Pec Deck
Should overhead presses come earlier than mid workout?

3 day split, I have a hard time getting to the gym 3 times a week, 4 day per week would be too much.

does it ****ing matter? your a ****in idiot
as for this routine i would try and cut out an exercise or two, or as long as your sets are around like 15 - 20 you should be okay. as for over headpress i would put it at the top with your other main push exercises. put pec deck after all your chest, then finish up shoulders, and only do 1 tricep exercise with about 12 reps of good form and that will be enough to finish up your triceps for the day

if your training 3 days a week why not do a full body routine
like
squats
bench press
bent over row
military press
isolation 1
isolation 2
choose any isolated work for the last two like somthing thats lagging can be done in 45mins but its real intense ive still use this routine, good gains

I did riptoes (3X5) till i made no gains for a few months. Now I am doing Tom Mutaffis and I am seen gains faster. Now I want to adjust the routine because I feel an imbalance (shoulder exercises are lacking.)

I have never done a split, only 3 x 5, 5 x 5, Westside, and full body routines, and at one point was 190 @ 9%, now I'm 245 @ 15% and hoping to get to 205-210 @ 10%.

I'm driven by results.
" This isn't bad at all, but I wouldn't recommend it to a total beginner.
Someone looking for something to do after getting their strength up and lifting consistently for a while though...decent little split. "
This. Kman is right and sheisonfire is wrong about riptoes.
