Well I have more certs than that but that also means nothing. Doctors and RD's...same thing.
I also didn't say amino acids were bad for you, I said supplement ones. There are some supplements in which the body uses well, however there are some your body does not. There is no need to take amino acids supplements in a liquid form, especially along side Whey. Whole foods are king. Don't confuse things just because someone is on TV and talks like they know what they are talking about.
