Question ?

I ran a 30/40/50 cycle...i was contemplating ordering another bottle but decided not to.
The sides at 40 were getting to me but didnt keep me down.
back pumps OMG i was unlucky enought to have them almost through out the day. the only thing that helped was downing 2 grams of Taurine. but that only goes so far.
shoulder pumps. LaZY lAzY arms during the days because of this.
appetite was down
lethargy (except for when i hit the gym adrenalin kicks in and i become superman for 2 hours)
joints were hurting (mostly my elbows)

Strength Gains were out of this world and as i have said before i never thought id ever increase my bench sooo drastically and fast.
195 max to a 225 max!!!
My body was aching to the whole cycle except for when i was in training.
a lot of friends couldnt beleive the changes my body was making in such a short period of time. most of them jokingly pointed a finger and said "he on Teh Roids!" i lol'd each and every single time.

during my first 2 weeks i was calm and my aggression was down.
but week 3 @ 50mg opened up a whole new can of worms. ton o'haters in the gym thats for sure especially when your a little guy like me jumpin' 20lb increments on shoulder presses. :stares:

im not sure why but HAVOC decreases your thirst and you have to remember to keep on drinking *ALL DAY LONG* you can get dehydrated faster than anything while on cycle...stupid me did. i had to miss a day and drink like 3 gallons of water too help my body catch back up.

Stomach issues are something too look out for also. HAVOC increased my stomach acid production which was very annoying to deal with day in and day out. im prone to acid reflux if i dont watch what i eat, so those of you who know what im talking about best get yourself some R-O-L-A-I-D-S.

Appetite was down in the 1st week so i decided to change my diet to contain more fruits (sweet).

Body Mass has increased with a reduction in belly fat Vascularity was becoming more pronounced in week 3 also.
Muscles are fuller and harder which is what i wanted and got! i didnt take any measurements but im sure i have gained some serious mass on my chest and back. My button up shirts are not fitting
now the next goal........KEEP 90% of my gains.

ill keep adding to this as i remember more things...for some reason i think it messed with my short term memory..i dunno.

Edit: i would like to personally thank BLOUT for his Newbie thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=1399921
And all the other folks who contributed to that thread with vital information.......oh by the way RPN's HAVOC DELIVERS!

don't know if i missed it somewhere in the tread, but did you take any kind of liver enhancers, or anything else of that nature with the havoc? me and a buddy are about to run a month cycle and, just trying to find out what else might be good to cycle with it?

Basically, the muscles in your lower back begin to tighten up. It is the same feeling that you get from doing lower back work, except that it happens while doing anything. While I was on havoc, I had back pumps just walking around normally.

x2 Muscle pumps that you get almost anytime, from doing next to nothing. You'll understand when you get one. Happens in my back and forearms when I do the slightest thing while on cycle. They suck.

BigFace, did you get your bloodwork back?

I'm about to get bloodwork done maybe friday. For those taking this stuff, be careful, I had to stop after 2 weeks due to pains in back in liver/kidney area. This stuff is harsher than the reviews indicate.

You're sure it wasn't back pumps? I think everybody responds differently. I start my cycle on Sunday, and I'll see how it goes.

update:

Well its been a couple months since my super cycle all my blood values were back to normal within 3 weeks of the ordeal.

I can honestly say i have kept all my LM gains and Strength gains...except my bench press.

What has happened since then is i have hit a plataeu in the strength area...boy do i miss the quick strength gains. the gains were enormous by any standard imo and unknowing training partners opinions

Thanks for the final update. If you're looking for strength gains and planning on running another cycle you may want to try Trenadrol and/or Methyl XT, both have been getting good reviews for strength.
