Close Grip Bench Press
I know that close grip bench presses are great for increasing the triceps and boosting you bench, but should I do them on my tricep day or on my chest day? Any advice helps!

They are a tricep exercise, do them when you do any of your other tricep work.
Doing triceps after chest is fine and common.

Thanks, but i usually work my biceps right after my chest. My question is whether or not it works the chest muscles as well, and whether or not I should space them out like two or three days apart?

Yes the chest does play a minor role in CGBP, just like how triceps play a role in regular bench press.

Do them on Tricep day, and yes, if your not going to do them immediately following Chest, then I would put a day between them. Triceps get hit pretty good during most chest exercises, so I'd give them a day to recover.

If there split far enough apart in the week do it on both. If not I would say tricep day that way your chest will be fresh to help you get the max for your triceps.

I train them on biceps day. I give arms their day and do numerous supersets with them.

You should try Reverse Grip CGBP, my all-time fav exercise for tri's.

Just flip your grip so that your palms face your head. I have to use a slightly wider grip than normal CGBP, but still no wider than my shoulders. I sometimes do 6 of one, rack it, flip my grip, and do 6 of the other. Absolutely love it.
Edit: It helps to keep your wrists knocked back during this one, so you don't lose it on your face.
