Building muscle. Need some advice.

Yes, I have made a thread like this before...However I have revised this a lot and figured maybe I could get some better responses this time????? I did have some help last time but it was not everything I was looking for.

I am a 24 year old male 5'5 153lbs and in fair shape(was around 178lbs with about 35%+++ BFI). Probaly sitting around 16-18% body fat and I want to build excessive amounts of muscle. I want to be ripped. I realize I sill still have to lose about 9% body fat to be but right now I just want to bulk and worry about that later. I have been working out steady for a while but over the past year I have MORE than dedicated myself to the gym. Now I am even more motivated and ready to step my game up. I dont eat fast food at all or drink sodas. I have tried many things but I think what I have been lacking is good advice. I read so many reviews and try all the products to just find I am wasting cash on overhyped products by company reps. I workout alone(might change soon) at my local omni so I have no one to really point me in the right direction and thats why I have joined this site now. How does a stack like this look?

NO2: Superpump250(preworkout)
Creatine: Mono.....whats a good brand?
Protein w/ BCAA: Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey or Syntha-6
Prohormone: H-drol or Spawn(6-8weeks)
Multivitman: Vitamin Pack
Test booster: Novedex XT(part of post cycle)
PCT: Reversitol(part of post cycle)

Is there anything worth stacking with the prohormones?

I do not want people telling me not to take prohormones. I am only looking for advice on what all I need to do to accomplish some goals.


This is what my diet looks like:

Plus a good diet(egg whites, fish, lean beef, pork, chicken, broccoli, other veggies, ham, turkey, wheat bread, nuts, fruits, and some other items)

I eat 4 times a day 8am, 12:00pm, 4pm, 8pm and have light snacks(nuts, cheese, fruits) or protein shake in between meals. Before I go to bed I drink a protein shake with milk also.
Most meals average anywhere from 400 - 500 calories(No big meals since I snack through the day also) Every 2 hours I am adding somthing to my stomach. Total calorie intake for each day ranges between 3750-4250.
Each meal most likly has anywhere from 12 - 20grams of fat
Carbs vary but most would probaly come from my fruits and some bread?
Each meal has around 30grams of protein and I do the same with the shakes and snacks. My daily protein intake is anywhere from 225 - 275 grams per day

8am- milk, egg whites, wheat toast, and fruit
12pm- meat and rice or bread with veg
4pm-meat and veg
8pm- meat and veg

And this is what I do on some things at the gym right now:

Bench is now 245 at 3 sets of five.
My max bench is 305 at one rep.

I curl 40lbs
Occasionaly do neg sets

Machine squat 450
Been a few weeks on free weights.

I do a lot of workouts.....is there anything specific you want to know about?

I would drop the prohormone for now and run a stack like bioforge + lean xtreme. Will really help lean you out.

I might drop the ZMA. and as for h-dol and spawn I am just going to use one or the other. I have both but do not see a point in using both(been stocking up since it will be banned soon! haha). I would also not be too smart either I would think.

Thanks a ton for the advice man. You helped. I am looking for some reassurance on what i have going on and some suggestions so it was def a help.

nov xt and reversitol may be a little harsh on the AI side (no estrogen=no size gains, no libido, etc)

i would go reversitol plus Test Drive or another herbal test booster

zma im not huge on either

just eat plenty and youll be fine

also, i have found jp8, mesomoprh, methyl mass, maniac and other preWOs to be better than sp250 for me

You need to do more research before jumping into steroids, but i have a feeling you are gonna run it anyways so this is IMPORTANT:

First off, make it a rule to drop preworkout sups while on cycle. Blood pressure will be raised enough as it is.

Second, YOU NEED SUPPORT SUPPS. Drop everything but hdrol and protein/multi, and add in cycle assist. Preload it 2 weeks before cycle and continue through cycle and PCT.

Third, trib does nothing but raise libido. If going OTC get reversitol and a good natty booster (bioforge)

Fourth, i would only use OTC PCT for hdrol... DEFINITELY not spawn. It is tren and epistane. Both i would reccomend using a SERM for if ran SOLO, let alone stacked.

I have done Hdrol and tren extreme(not at the same time mind you) in the past but it was not properly done. It has been over a year since I have done those and I am much more knowledageable on it now. I def remember the elevation in blood pressure. I got a few headaches last time probaly from what I was running with it. I think I will try to do things wiser this time around. Also my diet was wayyyyyyyy off last time. I had no clue what I was doing then.

Are you saying not to run any PCT after spawn?!?! An what SERM would you run for spawn?

Also whay cycle assist do you perfer?

He's saying he wouldn't use a OTC PCT for Spawn, and that's advice I'd strongly recommend abiding. I'd use Torem or Clomid (because of the Tren possible issues with Nolva).

No im saying id run a serm after spawn. Clomid would be the wisest choice due to the tren in the cocktail.

Life support is my favorite support supp, but its expensive, so i generally go with Cycle assist, its pill, so no gagging on the taste of cycle support. (some dont mind it, i do)

Only thing is how would i go about getting some clomid? i would love to use this since it would be the smartest thing. i just have trouble finding these things. how do u reccomend i get some?
