What did you eat? If you're seriously hungry, you may not have eaten enough. If you're slightly hungry (or just bored and want to eat like I am so much of the time), maybe you do need to just deal with it and wait it out. Protein shakes usually last me about 2 hours. I think it's just because it's not very substantial. If that's my mid-morning snack and I'm eating real food the rest of the day, I'll usually just wait that out. But routinely hungry less than three hours after you've eaten probably means you're not eating enough (or the right stuff).

Hunger usually comes down to inadequate or inappropriate calories, so either not enough or too little fibre/too little protein

my life story... No matter how much I eat or what I eat (yes, even a high protein and fiber meal), I get hungry around an hour later. I could go into competitive eating if I wanted to, haha. It might just be psychological, or it could just be a fast metabolism. I don't know. I usually just wait it out. I try to keep myself busy to take my mind off of it too.

How do you define your hunger? Like, it is in your head as in- man I feel like eating, I am hungry- or is it your stomach eating itself/making noises telling you that its empty? Or is it that your blood sugars are low and you feel lathargic? Silly question I know, but I have experienced all of these feellings as hunger and just wondering if anyone else has.
