Waxy Maize vrs Maltodextrin for bulking?

Whats the diff and which ones better for a clean bulk?
Iv been taking Maltodextrin for about a month now, my reps went up and my arms feel firmer. But im almost done with my tub of maltodextrin and im wondering which one i should buy next. I just found a site i can get 10LBs of maltodextrin for 13$ shipped or a 10LB bag of Waxy Maize for 23$ shipped, the maize is more but what does it work better and how so??

Its not better...stick with Maltodextrin if you wish or even just ground/whole quick oats
