Traveling (lack of gym time) and supps.
Heya.
I'm going to be travelling for ~month where i will be able to get the odd gym session in.
Obviously I want to be travelling and having fun but I would rather not lose gains i;ve busted my ass for. I know that i probably wont lose large amounts of mass but still, i'd rather not lose at all.
Are there any tips anyone can give me?
Also, what supplements should i continue with during this time? Obviously eating well will be tough so i'll try and carry some bars/powder with me.
What about things such as creatine, glycergrown etc? Is there anything else that i should add during this period?

Try calisthenic and isometric exercises in whatever space you have to work with and hit the gym when you can. Here's a great site with exercises/circuits you can do...it definitely helps keep you conditioned.

Make sure to eat up, and hit the gym when you can. I think you could definitely keep supplement with protein/multi/fish oil. Glycergrow could help, and you can definitely keep creatine if you do some of these exercises!
This is kind of out there, but something like a test booster/AI (Jungle Warfare...Hyperdrol 2) might help you keep your gains as well.

If you got one full body workout in per week, and did some pushups / body weight squats / chair dips etc a few times, I think with enough calories you will be fine.
You'll lose some strength, but muscle doesn't begin to 'go away' for weeks.
Id bring a vitamin and 2 boxes of VPX bars...besides that I wouldnt sweat it too much.

Try booking hotels that have at least a universal type machine and some cardio equipment in thier "fitness center."
I used to travel a lot and I would always ask what the "fitness center" consisted of. The best one I've EVER seen is the Hilton in Beverly Hills. It was almost as good as some World Gyms I've been in.
YMMV

I have been doing this where i can but for the period in question, i am staying with friends and such. Where i can i'll workout but I am overseas (just finished studying on exchange and now travelling) and want to be spend time with friends rather than trying to find a gym.
VPX bars a good idea. they look ok and have a decent amount of calories.
I will be in vegas for a while were I'll train at the same gym as Jay! If I see him, i'll be sure to point out some technique faults of his!

Can you do some short bursts hiit cardio, like sprints, or skipping? A rope is handy and convenient.
