Ya, also a t bar machine gets to the point that the amount of weight that get's put on your chest is just oo much and uncomfortable, so you have to do it the free weight way.
This is something I observed in my gym yesterday, and if I saw who did this I would of bitched them out on the spot. This is a University Gym, so a lot of people, and there was a bar resting on long straight leg dead lift hooks, well this bar had a 45 and a 25 on one side, and no weight what so ever on the other... hmm, the second I saw that I can there unloaded it and went on with my workout.

BTW I Like to throw my back in to it when i do the last few reps of my curl, and i scream when i deadlift 2.5x my body weight. And i dont give a **** about nobody but myself in the gym and that is why i am bigger then most of the p u s s i e s.

With a physique such as yourself, its no wonder you promote steroids. Like 90 percent of people on this post, I agree with strict proper form. Grunting sometimes is ok..... screaming and throwing weights is just acting like an idiot. (not saying you throw weights, just a statement). There is a lot of research done into cheating methods at the gym to get the most out of every set, but this does not include leaning way back while doing a few bicep curls, maybe a little sway, but your just going to impede your growth by cheating too much. I also agree with the fact steroids do not just make you big with no work, however in general they do give you much greater gains with much less volume in a workout.
Im not sure what gym you go to, but if you say your one of the biggest guys at your gym then I guess everyone there has the same take on training as you do....... maybe soon you will come to your senses and train properly. Then you might see some better gains.

Lets see we have the Idiot Gym owner where I go. To be fair she did it to prove to her ex the hardcore bodybuilder gym owner she could do better than him. Which makes me wonder because the average age of those at her gym is 68. I would say he won that contest too.
We have the bottle of disinfecting spray. IF you sit on a machine you have to spray it off. And we have the idiot puddles of spray people who leave more wet on the machine with that spray bottle than the guys did in my old hardcore gym in Pittsburgh when they were training for a show. You have to stop your work out. Go to a corner and pick up a bottle of disinfecting spray then clean the machine put the bottle back and go back to work. All with little paper towels. They don't like me because I take a terry towel, soak it, wring it out and just use that when I am done. Never mind these same people go out and sit at one of the four picnic tables which are never wiped off and eat. Or there is a puddle of standing water so deep in the shower room I am considering rain boots. Wipe the machines off with disinfecting spray to prevent anyone from getting sick.
We also have the twits who turn one of the three TVs in the machine room up so loud you can hear it over your IPod on going full blast. And they have to shout at each other to be heard. I personally don't want to listen to the View ok? Six TVs in two rooms. One is a small cardio room. Plus the radio is going full blast. Total twits.
Nor do they explain how to use the machines. Watched a 65 year old climb on today and she has never lifted. I mean she would have a bright neon pink sign on her forehead says "I have NO F...g Clue what I am doing." She racks the weight on the leg extention up to 70 or 80, proceeds to toss the weight up in the air with her legs [I can see it bounce when it hits the top] then slams it back down with a clank. We are either going to give up in two weeks because "It doesn't do a thing. I don't know why people says it does." or she is going to end up with a stress fracture with a LOT of pain for catching 70 some pounds with her legs when it comes back down or she is going to break a weight. My money is on the stress fracture. The grinch aka the grouch just stayed in the office and on the computer and phone. At least the afternoon guy walks around and tries to explain and help. Not the morning grump. She just glares at you as if it is your fault she has to work.
Lovely place. I'm looking foreward to getting in shape and the other half's schedule in shape enough to go back to the ex's gym with the muscle heads who know what they are doing. But hey right now its free so... It's free.

I completely agree, plus in your pic you are pretty small, not to be mean or anything, but especially for someone on roids... you are tiny.

It makes you smart. They will be ****tinnng their kidneys and liver out 20 yrs from now. Most people taking roids don't take them correctly and do serious damage

There's this guy who follows me around and takes every weight I finish with and rep it two tiems as much. Don't know why, I guess it fits here. I don't know what he's trying to prove but he literally follows me around (yes I'm bound to notice) and do what I'm doing then add more 50 more lbs to it.
