Woke up in the ER, they were still trying to get lines in me, I have and I $hit you not 5 needle marks in my right arm and 3 in my left and massive bruises and swelling from infiltration and veins blow and they f*cking hurt. Anyway 5 bags of fluid later, my blood work came back and the doctors were worried about my white cell count being high, 3X normal but I'm not real sure if that is a very bad thing or not, they never did find the source they only found a pocket of fluid in my abdominal cavity which could have been a cyst that bursts who knows.

Anyway I feel fine today other than being sore and tired, I'm shocked how fast something could come on, I have heard of sudden illness but never seen it or experienced it first hand and I hope I never do again.
Besides the IV antibiotics they sent me home with 2 more broad range types.
Doctor did not want me to go home, but my blood pressure had gone back to a low/normal area and my heart rate was down and I was rehydrate and felt OK so I saw no reason to stay, not when they were not at all sure what happened in the first place.
I guess it goes without saying my cut and training has been put on hold, I'm supposed to drink lots, rest lots and eat bland easy to digest foods...like rice, not that I have anything against rice in fact I love it, but high carbs on a cut!?

WOW !!! Thats just sucks , that sounds weird/scary , hope your ok ....

Weird yes, but I'm fine, really I'm amazed that other than being sore, tired and my skin kind of ashy and dry I feel normal, like any other day and that is just weird! I mean I was sick enough to get so dehydrated my blood pressure plummeted and my heart rate shot way up, not sure how high they only said I had tachycardia when I came in.
But I'm fine today! I'm supposed to go right back in if I so much as think I'm going to throw up or if I have even a low fever, I have anti nausea meds which I did take one this morning after I took my antibiotics because those made me feel not so well but now I'm good.

Thanks guys, I feel fine pretty good today, I think I'll go back on my diet tomorrow and see how I handle it, I wont be able to work out other than maybe cardio, my arms have swelling and painful, my mother told me to apply a moist heat heating pad to my arms to help with were the IV's infiltrated and that seems to have helped.
So they have no idea what it was maybe a viral infection.

BH where have you run off to?
Steve I really do hope this one is a keeper and works out well for you.

You should lay off any kind of training till you are 100% better!

I will be on antibiotics for at least 12 more days as a precaution, but I feel pretty good, hyper even but I think it is all the carbs I have been eating.

Yes the gym will be there and I am resting believe it or not in fact I'm sleeping quite a bit, but I can and should still manage to stay on track with diet and at least some light stuff, if it makes me feel bad I will stop of course but so far it just makes me sleep.

Some of us have problems with rules and prefer fun without the complications
of being judged for it. Being politically and morally correct on an Internet forum
is just to crazy....

No papers due for at least 3 weeks!

My next class is Statistics... *groan*.

Hey Kimberly. Yeah, statistics can make one's brain go loopy. Definitely not my favorite class. Means, modes, and probability of variation. And the profs act like it is so interesting to them.

I can try, but when I took it, we had to do so much more by hand. My calculator was a Corvus. Only did the four arithmetic functions plus square root and had a red diode display. and it cost 40 bucks. lol

Wish I could say I feel ok, not that I'm sick like I was but I'm not well, white count is still highly elevated, still taking antibiotics and no one knows whats wrong still!
Anti nausea drugs are one of the best things ever invented I think.

Of course I planed to do a cut but this was not how I wanted to do it, I'm a hard muscle gainer to start with, seems I lose it easy though, of course it has only been a week but I'm dropping pounds fairly quickly, 8 pounds this week and I think I good portion of it is muscle mass.
