Above is a link to a post where I attached a spreadsheet by ChaseT. Chase (along with Donut62 IIRC) did a lot of research and compiled a bunch of Sheiko routines into that spreadsheet, including that one. For that matter, I think the numbers may have been given by Chase and Donut, though I'm not sure how they were derived. Maybe LINK knows for sure.
In any case, try the spreadsheet. It's excellent.
