It is designed especially with stacking with C-bol in mind.
If you want to save money you can take C-bol on training days only and use another cheaper creatine source on off days. For optimal results continuous use is recommended-there is a "loading" phase for nitrates too, though this depends on the individual.

What is the benefit of taking a dose pre-workout if you are not taking in a significant amount of nutrients over the next hour or so compared to one of your other meals during the day?

Im going to have to hop on E Bol once Im done with C Bol, I feel for somebody like myself who already has optimal test levels but finds recovery tough when training hard as my metabolism is insane, that E Bol (or any effective adaptagen) may be the most worthwhile thing to try.

Banes comment about E Bol allowing him to not feel the insane lethargy of postWO cortisol spike makes this sound like it may, in fact, be the best NHA on the market.

Nice, you have a lot to look forward to! As of today from my log: I went up another 5lbs in bench press since Saturday which puts my calculated one rep max up from 196lbs on day 5 to 219lbs on day 15. E-Bol is legit!

yeah thats from a 3 rep max on day and a 5 rep max today so its pretty accurate...10lbs of sheer weight addition in ten days and then increased reps makes it hard to compare without one rep maxes but the ease at which I put it up today despite doing bench on Saturday also was crazy. I had an injury at the end of my h-drol cycle and so I'm glad to be recovered and gaining my strength back quickly!

What I'm doing is
off days : 2-2-2 all 30 mins before main meals or with protein shakes

training days: 2 30 mins before largest meal, 2 with protein shake 1 hr before workout, preworkout supplements 30 mins before workout, 2 with recovery drink immediately after workout and later on post workout meal

no....not with a shake... As Bane said, always take it on an empty stomach for the best results

I see what you are saying and getting at....looks like we are either looking into this too much or need further clarification haha....I take mine 30 min preworkout w/o any food or a preworkout shake...I have low GI carbs and slow digesting protein about 2 hours before that so I don't usually feel like I need anything else before hitting the gym
