FOr me personally I would definitely replace a exercise RATHER than add it on top of your current load. Reason being, it is a 'real' exercise. Not like some fufu thing.
What I did was substitute it with a ham/glute movement that involved the PC. Since so much illiososis is used in glute bridges.

I am running westside, and I believe these may be perfect to switch up from hypers or SLDL/goodmornings exercises when I rotate.
