Well done on the squat. I managed 100kg 3 sets x 5 reps today. My previous best was 95kg. Will try to do 105kg next when I feel I am up for it.

Yeah I am happy with my performance today. I also deadlifted 140kg for 1 up from 120kg.
I want to be able to deadlift double my body weight, squat 1.5 times my bodyweight, bench press my body weight and military press 75% of my bodyweight.

Best i have ever done for squats was 110kg x 8 A2G. Suprisingly i did that 2 weeks into my cut hahaha. Thats actually the heaviest i have ever gone for Squats, i have never tried my 1RM so have no clue lol.
Hopefully when i begin bulking again i can get back to that form and go even further.

YEAH BUDDY!
Chillin in the Emirates first class lounge, here in Dubai. Flight is in about 2 and 1/2 hours so me and dad just chillin. He is sleeping...lols.
Food here is so dam good! Times like these make me wish i wasn't cutting hahaha. Had to stick with Beef in mushroom sauce and veggies. Meh can't complain with that. Its kewl though, carb up day begins as soon as i enter the plane, WHOOOOH!

185gram PLAIN tuna chunks in springwater at aldi is on special for like 95cents!!!!
loaded up on about 25 cans  should get me through a good fortnight
post up what's everyones grocery list looks like ?

Where do you get dried chickpeas from? I can get the canned stuff and love it with cottage cheese. I always buy the Aldi tuna for 99 cents a can, but have bought 5 cans of Salmon now to try out.
Aldi has these meals in a can called Mega Meals by Coral. They're cheap and the beef ones have 24 grams of protein.

Indian supermarket. (While you're there try whole mango pickle.) You can make chickpeas into hummus, falafel, in salads etc.

i had this crazy idea of quitting the gym and buying a squat rack for my room.
only problem is the space....i worked out that the maximum barbell size i can use is 170cm
something like this:
is there a squat rack out there that will be able to fit such a small barbell...note the middle length of the barbell is only 107cm.
