I've been giving it a go as well! However, today I just wasn't feeling it  However, on a good day, I can push a good amount of wt., when compared to DB's.

I am probably going to keep it 8-10 rep range. So it should be heavy-ish. My SI joint needs to alternate heavy, and light at this point.

191 yesterday, and 189 today. A little soft, but a mans gotta eat, what a man's gotta eat! My only concern is that he hair on C's chest is going to cause friction on the bench press, and that might screw him up.
