3x45x8 - asked a trainer to watch and critique me on these to make sure I'm doing them right. He made me do them a lot slower than I was - MUCH better.

Overall pretty good. I'm feeling wobbly already

Yep I just learned that! Well, I haven't been using a lot of weight at all, but I just felt like I concentrated so much more last night on really feeling the burn. Loved it

Video of Jenni doing said leg workout needed stat. That wobbly feeling is addictive hon, just don't overdo it. All in all it looks like you're trying to destroy yourself one body part at a time, very nice.
