Hey man sorry I haven't been in. I'm still alive and kicking though. In finals week right now but I had to stop in on a study break and say great progress from day 1! Keep working hard, I'll try to come around more often this summer.

Lightbulb Progress Pics

Have rewarded myself for going 2 months straight without skipping gym or diet, with a bit of a cheat weekend and 1 day off the gym. Hopefully it gives my kidneys a bit of a rest also, blood test results indicated an overactive kidney so doc said to cut back a little on the protein.

Anyways, will be starting 5x5 tomorrow, but here's some progress pics for your critique. I'm content with the results from 2 months, considering it was only 3 exercises per gym day! Want to load up on exercises a little more, so hopefully 5x5 does that. From Rippetoe, I learn that compound exercises are king!

Exclamation Update after 6 months!!

LOL kinda got lazy with the logging, but i've been going non-stop to the gym, 3 times a week without fail, for 6 months... and eating a very clean diet.

i'm quite happy with my progress and i've been concentrating on my sports for more cardio to cut up for this summer (i'm in australia)

i'm leaner, lighter, yet stronger, and i've actually been eating less lately.. my progress has slowed, but like i said, i'm aiming to cut up... after summer is over, time to eat big again. i can actually see slight abs in the morning without sucking it in and my stomach is flat for most of the day now except after a big meal :P

I will post up my current program soon, but i've gone for a 3 day split of

1. Mon: Back/Biceps (sport at nite)
Tue: Cardio at nite
2. Weds: Shoulders/Legs/Abs
Thu: Rest
3. Fri: Chest/Tris
Sat: Sometimes cardio
