Have rewarded myself for going 2 months straight without skipping gym or diet, with a bit of a cheat weekend and 1 day off the gym. Hopefully it gives my kidneys a bit of a rest also, blood test results indicated an overactive kidney so doc said to cut back a little on the protein.
Anyways, will be starting 5x5 tomorrow, but here's some progress pics for your critique. I'm content with the results from 2 months, considering it was only 3 exercises per gym day! Want to load up on exercises a little more, so hopefully 5x5 does that. From Rippetoe, I learn that compound exercises are king!
