Unhappy No time at all..

A good article, but does not work out that way for everyone.

I am 36 year's old, and I do architectural work. I definitely do not have any time to work out. I use to until the bus schedule changed.

Wake up at AM 4:00 Monday thru Friday
Leave the house at AM 5:15
Catch the bus to work at AM 5:30
Catch buses to work: AM 5:30 - 7:00
Work: AM 7:30 to nine to ten hours of work a day.
Catch buses home: 2 - 3 hours depending what time I leave work.
Walk dogs for 30 - 40 minutes
Eat and get clothes ready for next day: 1 hour
I am in bed around 10 o'clock.
Weekends: catch up on sleep, walk my dogs twice those days, and clean the house.

Yeah, there are several gyms near by to go to, but I have no time. Sure I could move closer to work, but it will be another two to three years till I get my house fixed up to put back on the market.

I eat healthy and walk a lot. I do not drink anything carbonated and with caffeine for health reasons. I take my daily multi vitamins. My weight fluctuates around 170. I have a skinny bone structure with 20 lbs of fat around my torso. And I do miss working out, so I just keep looking towards the future to tell me when my life will change for the better.

This was a great article, back in April when I first decided this was something I was going to do, I decided that the best way for me to go to the gym was not to find time in my day but to make time. I did this by waking up early, if my alarm goes off at 4am I can't fall back to sleep so I might as well go to the gym and I feel that making time and dedicating myself has helped in the improvements I've been able to see.
