Chest Workout

This is what I did this morning. Each pair of exercises are supersets.

Incline DB: 4 x 8 w/ 70lb DBs
Incline Fly: 4 x 8 w/ 30 lb DBs

DB Flat Bench Press: 3 x 10 w/ 80lb DBs
Flat Bench Flies: 3 x 10 w/ 40lb DBs

Decline DB Press: 3 x 10 w/ 70lb DBs
Decline Fly: 3 x 10 w/ 30 lb DBs

Next week I will do this workout with barbells (I alternate weeks). Where can I improve it? Be honest, I can take it.

It depends. How long have you been doing this routine and how long have you been working out in general? You're hitting various parts of the pec muscle with is a good thing, and you are alternating between BB's and DB's which is also good. If you can make gains with this workout, then improvement is not needed until you hit a plateau.

I have been working out on and off for about 7 years. Recently though (all that matters) I have worked out for one month. I was just trying to see if anything needs to be adjusted. I have made strength gains but no real noticable changes to the body yet. That will come I assume.

Push-ups 3sets(10,12,15)

Floor Press 6sets(3 reps,70%max)

High Incline BB Press 2sets(10-15reps)

Dips 2sets(failure)

Low Incline DB Press 2sets(10-15reps)

When I do chest I usually throw in all the stuff you do with DB's along with Incline BB and Flat Bench BB so maybe that

switch the order up and do flat barbell bench press first, other weeks you can do cable crossovers. Just be sure to change the routine up about a month or so. seems pretty good to me though
