I dont log my workouts. I just post on my outlook calendar at work. For instance, Monday - Back/Biceps, Tuesday - LEGS , Wednesday - Chest/ Triceps, Thursday - Shoulders/Abs.. And when im at the gym I make up my routine as I go...
