nice benching man! 2 plates x5 is beastin' it.
hundos on DB presses would be alpha too! and lol@ weighted planks, i'd have some difficulties setting that up.
oh yeah i guess hand positioning on CGBP just depends on what gives your wrists the most comfort

I've been seeing some weird things lately. Yesterday I saw this dude (medium build) rep out 315 on bench for a clean set of 4. Was pretty crazy. second strongest dude I've seen.
And then today at the bus stop I saw this 14year old smoking...and he was there with some older dude and an older lady with a child. I wanted to smack the hell out of him.

No I'm totally the same way man. I'm actually pretty conservative about these type of things. I've never smoked anything or gotten drunk. I hate smoke, it makes me sick too.
What makes it worst is that they all seem to be part of the same family.

dolphins are the only team i watch consitently, they signed my favourite player from the cfl who played for the hometown team BC Lions, cam wake, beast defensive end who had 40+sacks in 2 seasons but he hasnt been playing too much lately, only 3 sacks so far on the year.
other than that just sunday night/monday night games i guess, i wish it got more media coverage here

Some people are just really strong at benching, yet for some reason, they can't deadlift body weight.
Strong bench by the way. I think your hand grip on the CLBP should be close enough. Maybe go a little closer if you want.
How did those weighted planks feel?

Oh duh. Lolz.
and I don't think so. I mean it should work your abs and lower back equally. unless you have an unevenly strong core

How do you avoid just stopping BB bench when it moves so slowly, mine rarely goes up and I bust my ass on it, the lift just seems futile at this point.

I cant really relate with what smooth or rough part is as we have different barbells but I take about a whole hand length closer than normal bench grip. GJ on the flat DBs man thats a looot of weight to be pressing.

Well for the past 2or 3weeks or so I've been squatting narrow/Olympic style but before that I would squat wide/pl style.
and I decided i prefer powerlifter style. Low bar, wider stance squat. And I would recomment to keep doing because most people can use a more maximal load, and I know alot of people disagree but I really believe that for the most part, the heavier the load, the better the progress.
And hell for about 1 or 2months I was squatting a couple of inches high but my legs where still making alot of progress because of all the weight and stress I was putting on my legs. For squats I prefer low bar pl style squats. It will still hit your quads... and its but like its the only exercise you're gonna do for legs right?
I mean the biggest problem I would see for you is you say you have a big ass and you don't like it, and the pl style squat involves the glutes alot more...

i actually have a huge ass lol. I'm doing 1-2 other exercises for quads/hams also on the "leg" days. So its not necessarily just squats.
But girls have said ive had a huge ass since middle school(they like it) but my butt no longer fits my jeans.

Exactly, you still have other leg exercises.
For squats, I love going heavy and low bar pl style.
And your from what I read the glutes are actually one of the strongest muscles, so it might help you get bigger numbers. You do squeeze your glutes when you squat right?

Pinky on the smooth.. Pinky on the smooth...
Dude that's really strong ass dbbp. I do not see a very positive corellation between it and your bb. I think you should just stop the bb, and start working on 120 dbs lol..

It all depends on your goals really. In my opinion, someone who is trying to get strong and not just push as much weight as possible should take a medium stance. Unless of course you're goals are purely aesthetic, then a narrower stance would probably be preferred, but keep in mind. When squatting solely for aesthetic reasons, it's not really necessary to go below parallel. Most bodybuilders turn squatting into a quad only exercise. Which works for some, but not all. Tom Platz buries every rep, but still has the best legs I've ever seen.
So if your goals are more towards looks, then find what works best for you. If you want to become stronger, then medium stance low-bar is more likely going to be your best bet. Who knows, you might see better aesthetic results squatting like a power-lifter than a bodybuilder.

For squats, I love going heavy and low bar pl style.
And your from what I read the glutes are actually one of the strongest muscles, so it might help you get bigger numbers. You do squeeze your glutes when you squat right?

Ah, i see.. And i think so haha, though i dont focus on squezing my glutes
