i had the same experience, except it was 2 baby squirrels, the 3rd one died from the impact of the fall. we raised them and when they got older, let them go back into the wild, for the longest time they would come back and get real close to us, sorta like saying hello, good to see you again, and run off again

My friend had a pet flying squirrel. He brought it to school all the time. He would throw it pretty hard and all it would do is just glide down and run back to him. Thing was fast/hyper. It always came back to him too. It would chill out under his shirt during class or run around his whole body. It was the most bad ass pet I've ever seen. Scared a group of black people ****less one time too lol. Oh and it's piss was the size of a quarter lol.

Squirrel's teeth are constantly growing so they gnaw on stuff to break them down. Other wise they wouldn't be able to eat after a while. Back when I ran network cable we went to a site to fix a drop which quit working because a squirrel had gotten in the ceiling and chewed through the cable. Also tried to chew through some cable TV coax. Did a good job too. Got through the outer plastic, metal shielding, and inner plastic. The center copper wire was covered in little bite marks.
