lol If you're only looking for the visual effects, that's cool. But I really hope you're not actually thinking of trying this crap (if/when you plan on visiting North America).
My friend bought this **** for her son once, and then tried a piece herself; instant puke was the result (though it prolly looked more appetitizing after it came back up then before it went down haha)

Haha, the brown sauce is just chicken gravy or another type of gravy. Poutines are sooooo good. You can get them all over the place here. Burger King, KFC, lots of places. McDonald's used to sell poutines but they actually sucked.
