Training experience: I always had visions of being the next Arnold, but working and life have a way of derailing us. I have always worked out and tried to stay in the best shape. Still want to be the biggest I can be!
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Currently I do a 2 on/ 1 off and alternate my reps from 6 reps one week to 12 reps the next week.
Mon - Chest and Bi's
Tues - Shoulders and Tris
Wed - off
Thurs - Back & Legs
Fri - Chest and Bi's
Sat - off
Sun - Shoulders and Tri's
My days rotate on a consistant basis
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):I usually do cardio on my off days by running on the treadmill for a 30 minutes
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):I am currently using CL Green Mag, Animal Flex and Flax seed oil
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):I am currently on a See-food diet. But I do try to keep my protein intake high by eating chicken and Tuna on a daily basis.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):I have taken a lot of supplements throughout my years of working out. EAS creatine & N-Large(which is awesome stuff) have pretty much been key supplements I've used on a regular basis, I have tried CL Orange Triad, Max Muscle supplements.
