Troof, hypers always give you that strong lower back feeling. (And sometimes a queasy/dizzy/pukey feeling ).

Yeah unfortunately I'm sorta always at least somewhat sick during winters here since the weather changes so abruptly... It'll be 80 deg one day and then 50 the next... Gotta love SC

Chest/Tris
Kinda been slack lately (also a bit busy but gotta say it was at least somewhat also slack-ness). Gonna try and um... lessen that lol.
Decline DB Press & Fly
60x6
70x6
75x6
Flat DB Flys
30x8
35x6
40x6x2
Incline DB Press
55x6
65x6
75x6
DB OH Extensions
80x8
90x6
100x6
Cable CGBP
3 sets of 8
Excellent mmc's today. Only upside of not going to the gym for a few days is when I go back I always get incredible mmc's.

Erm, atm not enough lol. Hoping to get back in more regularly in the very near future though.
Back/Bis
DB Rows
70x5x5
80x5x5
85x5x5
90x5x5 (PR)
--Only a slight PR here... Twisting my hand outwards at the top of the motion seems to really help with the contraction here
Kneeups
BWx20x2
BWx15x2
--Quick break for back
WG Pulldowns
135x6
165x6
180x6
195x5
150x8
--Couldn't get the 6th rep at 195 for the PR but ah well at least matched the old one... Also, I find it hard to hit the mmc's at low weight on these
Reverse EZ Bar Curls (weight not incl. bar)
30x6
40x6
50x5x2
[i]--Love me some reverse curls
Cable Rows
4 sets of 6-8
DB Preacher Curls[/b[
25x6x6
30x6x6
35x6x6
--Biceps way too pumped to do a 4th set
Hyperextensions
35x8
45x6x2
--Extremely explosive concentric, slow negative, and held the last rep for approximately forever
Got exhausted pretty fast today, imo directly related to my slackness lately... and my highly diminished tolerance to the NO-Xplode definitely doesnt help lol...

Thanks man, and honestly I haven't decided yet either. Still have a few practice experiences to try (only halfway though my second year atm) before I can really decide.

Went to lift with my buddy today so split got a little out of order.
Incline DB Press
70x6
80x3
90x1
100x5 (PR)
100x4
Flat BB Bench
135x5
185x3
225x3
185x10
--I'm not really a fan of barbell benching but happy to have gotten some decent numbers and some decent mmc's today
Incline DB Flys

Then did a few sets on slightly decline chest press machine.
