Sorry it has been awhile since I checked this thread. I believe the video supports your claims that there is NO WAY to accurately test it. As a bber, I have tried figuring that as I got below 15% that it might be possible. Nope... The mirror is really all we got.

I did the bodpod again and at 132 I was 10%. Like I said before, everyone carries it differently too. Hopefully this helps!

I'm a bit like that too, but my fat is located mostly on my bum and thighs whereas I'm skinny on my upper body and I get strange looks when I say I want to lose weight
At least by starting BBing (again) I'll put on muscle and not look too skinny up top. When I was 23 I was going to the gym and I lost a lot of body fat but I musn't have been eating enough protein because my upper body was too skinny and I was being talked about behind my back (especially by my family) and my husband says they were all saying I was too skinny.
I measured my body fat using an internet calculator (they used my height/neck/waist/hip measurements) and it came up as 30% but I'm not sure how accurate that is. I'd like to be about 15%, but I'll just train hard and eat properly and see how I go, and try not to be too hung up on the percentage.
