Rack Pulls are an amazing lift, but with full ROM deadlifts I think it depends on what the goals are for what you want out of them. I believe full rom can thicken the entire body up the best on the right kind of routine where recovery isnt such a big hassle, which is why I enjoyed doing deadlifts with max-ot and HIT style of training. Now Deficit deadlifts I think are the best deadifts for any result from my experience trying them the other day
Full body thickness, pulling from the floor is king. Your whole PC will have gets tore up. Miht start using snatch grip deads with Nick after turkey day.

This happens to me all the time. Typically it's just my lower neck out of place a bit. 1 trip to the chiro and it's bueno.
And like Bert said, you should do the meet!
Next time maybe more of us should hit up the meet....Todd

You spitting into the wind again.
Cpt. Saveahoe is out of town, nobody gonna save you.
Crazy pressing berto. Those 160's are going down by the end of the year. Makes me want to get back to doing db's, because it's been a while for me. If you don't slow it down, people are going to accuse you of the RoIdZ!

It's definitely remarkable that you are just now feeling strong. Big time lifting. I'm actually surprised that I haven't gotten more orange due to the amount of sweet potatoes that I eat. I guess that I just have to start eating pumpkin, lol.
