C&j
C&J: 85x1
90x1
95x0x2 (technique fail, see notes)
Clean pulls: 75x3x3/95x3 (see notes)
Box Squats: 95/105/115/125x2
GHR: 25x12/35x10x2
Hanging Leg Raise: 15x1
Notes: Poor elbow whip on 95 caused clean to get dumped forward on first attempt, hesitated on 2nd and missed it from the start. Pulls done just to get it through your freakin' head that you have more than enough power, so we can quit wasting time on bull**** exercises that you do not need. If you can practically hit yourself in the chin with 95 for three, you have more than enough god damn power. Extend, extend, extend. Elbow whip, Elbow whip, Elbow whip. Rest of workout solid.

Bad: didn't get 95lb on the cj
Good: because I made the pulls realized it was not about power which I thoiugh it was,
more hip ext and faster elbow whip is needed.
The clean pull is basically a clean without racking and squating, starting from the floor you pull up explosively and bring the bar up below your chin as high as you can leading with the elbows, also go into extension like a reg cj.

Good thing no one ever told you this, cause he might be pissed if he, say, a dozen times or so.

Hey, G. Sorry you had a crappy 'elbow whip' but at least you realised what you were doing wrong. That counts.
Box squats looking good, by the way.
