Abb weight gainer..
I recently purchased this product:

I m only 52kgs and i work out 5 days a week..i want to know how many scoops or how much proteins i need daily?
Please help me out

I would do about 2-3 scoops per shake. 1035 calories from 1 shake might be way too much if your eating 6 times a day. I'd go 2.5-3 scoops.
