135kgx5 Squat Last rep was very touch and go, spotter might have helped a little, so im gonna do it again next week i think, or could try 137kgx3 i dunno yet... all ATG though.
Considering i went in with this forearm pain and leg soreness i did ok i thought.
Bench was very painful the first set, but after it was ok, 75kgx3 in the end, will go for 77.5 next week.
just hit a personal best on the deadlift s since forever -
managed 150kg for 2 yey!

sounds like bad earth - possible cause water ingress, check inside the rear light lenses for water, remove covers if wet and dry out bulbs/holders

My days been pretty good; got first 100kg deadlift (for 2 reps) to say ive only been deadlifting since middle of september im pretty damn pleased with myself.
Got MW2 for 26quid and its simply just amazing.
And starting boxercise every tuesday with rugby until after december, first session tonight, was bloody sweaty and knackering but i really enjoyed it and its some badass cardio too.

me and the missus go to boxercise everymonday burns a **** load of cals and im the only bloke -and the only one dripping sweat all over the floor lol, - would wear a head band if it didnt make you look such a tosser lol :-)

Finished painting the walls and got most of my stuff moved in. Only things left to bring over are my accordions, guitars, bench and dumbbells.
Gotta go through my old paintings from uni and A level and get rid of them. I've got one I did of Serge Nubret (because I was bored) which I never quite finished (because I got bored painting it).
And I made 240kg x 10 for three sets on the leg press, and 40kg cable curl for 7. Supoib. I'm in a good mood today.
