How the hell can you get up in the morning? (serious)
I have to leave it til the absolute death to get up. Literally til if I leave it a MINUTE later I'm gonna be late for whatever I do. On weekends if I have to get up early to do some minor **** I just say **** it and go back to bed (and then regret it when I get up). I hate getting up in the morning
/wrist.

eat an apple or some carbs before bed(srs).
you probably have no sugar in your system when you wake up.

its 00:47 so I'll be going to bed soon and I'm starving. I might get a sandwhich or something in a bit. But it don't really matter tonight because tomorrow is a national holiday in Canada so I'll be sleeping in anyway.

what time do you sleep?
If I go to bed at like 10:30-11, I still feel groggy at 7-8am.

Yesterday I went to bed early hoping to wake up at 6:30 and go for a jog.
Well I guess my body wasnt used to going to sleep at 11 so I couldn't fall asleep for like 3 hours, then ended up not only snoozing past 6:30 but also past my first class that day.
Waking up fuking sucks.

My internal clock wakes me up + the sun peeking through the window. I try to get at least the recommended 8 hours to help muscle recovery. Oh, and immediately after I whip up a whey protein shake.

I can't imagine that protein shake digesting well on an empty stomach.

I'm the same way, can't get up at all in the morning. Doesn't matter if I sleep for 4 hours or 9, can't get up either way

Never had any problems, bruh. The body needs nutrients from 8+- hours of no food/water so my body ain't complainin' where it came from
I just guzzle about 8oz water mixed with 25g protein then begin my mornin' routine

I once had protein shake on an empty stomach, worked out too hard, puked and all the protein powder came out indigested in a clump 3 hours after me taking it in.
What protein powder tastes satisfactory with water? I tried it once and almost puked. Im only able to do it with milk.

I do. The problem is not doing something when you're up, it's actually getting up in the first place.

I listen to the radio when I'm in the shower. Those people are so damn perky and they always play upbeat music in the morning.
It used to bug the **** out of me, I'd stay up all night partying and I couldn't find anything calming to listen on the radio on the way home.

Yeah I don't see how people can get up earlier than they have to, just to shower, or make a nice breakfast. I get up exactly when I absolutely have to, or even later and just speed on the way to work/school, while eating en route.

I average about 3-4 hours of sleep a night on weekdays. You get used to it.
