This woman is desperate to sell equipment. I drove over a couple days ago to buy her seated calf raise machine for $25. The lat pull-down station for $50 is a steal. It's plate-loaded and in great shape with various bars. You can probably talk her down a little on the hack squat machine which is in great shape, or have her throw in a pair of 100lb plates with the deal.

She recently bought a house from a guy, and he left the equipment behind. She doesn't want it the living room, so a little haggling with go a long way here.

I just emailed asking about breaking up items. He'd rather sell as a whole; the DB's are 5s, 8s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 30, 35s 50s, 60s, and 70s.

Not a bad deal for someone needing an entire home gym package.

It's a lil bit too much for them. I picked up the same dumbbells without a stand for $200 a while back. Better deals can be had.

You mean other than junk?

Its a Pneumatic leg press machine. You lie on the floor pad and push against the plate while the cylinder (vertical black thing in the middle) provides resistance. The resistance on things like that is usually not very high has a weird strength curve and the ROM of that machine looks really screwy.

i'm looking for something for bench and squats. looks like this would get the job done and if i could get it for $100 it would be really cheap. what do you guys think of rust on your bar? i don't have any equipment yet. just starting out. thanks

I'd jump on that ASAP. You can clean all that stuff up. Use the rack for now, and keep looking for a decent squat rack and bench.

Thats a great price for the weights and barbell alone. Rest are just extras. Great deal man, jump on it for $100!

def worth 150... he will neg he says..and might deliver... so maybe you get all 3 for 125..LOL...but easily worth 150 with you picking up

i like the one someone else bought (i think it was dparty?) the only reason i wouldn't have bought the other, is that it would take up most of, if not all, the space my gym uses now.

but i like this one alot- i bet it's real smooth, and doesn't take up too much floor space.

lucky. I wanna throw out my powertec bench and get a cybex, hoist, or any other commerical grade. I never see those on craigslist and if there are, it's crazy expensive. In the $600s.

I dont have a Cybex bench, but I got a Hammar Strength Adjustable Bench Pro Style locally for $180. I probably couldve gotten it cheaper because I'm pretty sure the guy I bought it from bought it from a local auction...this guy apparently bought a lot of stuff to sell.

How much did you get them for?

I got it for $180. MSRP for one is close to $1000. I'm sure it can be had for $200-300 below that though.

Yea I want a lot of stuff with little money. I only got a power rack, bench, and weights. Recent deals just aren't working out. Either my dad does somewhere (mostly this. like 90%) or I'm a little late. As of now, I'm just looking for deals to flip and keep some. My main need currently is a lat machine and the last deal on one didn't work out and haven't one after that.

You seem to have quite a bit of room...I remember you got a leg press as well?

cool- i couldn't remember what equipment you had. i know you said you lose alot cause you can't go get it quick enough.
