SCAR-H is pretty nice. Sucks you have to be 70 for the AK-47, then most people will probably prestige and lose it. At least the SCAR is good as a leveling gun. I used the M4 for too long, its decent but the SCAR just seems better. Only downside is slower rate of fire.

Some people like iron sights more. My problem with the sights is that if you start firing at an enemy who is a good distance away, and the person goes prone or does some weaving/strafing, the sights cause the enemy movement to be blocked slightly.
The dot sight helps me see exactly what is going on to adjust my aim.
I don't really like the holo.

I hated the iron sights in COD4 but they're much better in MW2. I dont really see a point in having 2 different sights though

I only liked the iron sights in G3, Mp5, ak47, ak74, p90 in cod4.
In MW2 the sights are decent but nothing is standing out imo. I can't wait to unlock ak47 but then again I'm going prestige so I'll lose it.

Im nearly undefeated in Free for all mode. 25-2 (srs)
a guy at my job is top 1000 in the world in moden warfare 1, on the release since we were opening at 12, we had a tournament for the customers and anyone who beat him won gift cards.
NOBODY beat him (50+ people played him)... except me. i beat him 6 times he beat me twice.
all i play is free for all and hardcore deathmatch. i punish kids. im lvl 34 only been playing for 5 hours.

Anyone use a silencer with SCAR-H? I'm thinking about going Bling with Silencer/Nade Launcher.
Or I might try SCAR-H, Sleight of Hand, Cold Blooded (when I unlock) and Ninja. I like that gun, it's powerful, good range, good iron sights.
Wondering how much range really gets taken away with the silencer though. If it's too much I'll drop it. I rarely use the toob also, but I get a few kills with it.

The normal reloading in mw2 is way slower than in mw1.
Sleight of hand pro helps ALOT as it decreases the time it takes for you to aim down sights.
Disadvantage is that your clips finish too quickly so you'll have to try to pick up an enemy weapon, which leaves you vulnerable.
Which is why I use Scavenger and Sleight of hand 50/50.

Nah...range doesn't decrease, just range DAMAGE.
And for the most you might just need one more bullet at long distance anyways. Use the silencer, it's amazing.
