I've come in here for some spiritual inspiration....and I Got It!
Thanks!
I'm having a bit of emotional struggle with my sister.
I will be talking with my mother today, (which we haven't done since my sister's 'thing')
I need God's strength and love to help guide me with the right words to say to my mother, and to have an open heart to hear anything I should hear from my mother.
On another note.
My niece (28y/o) is having a bit of insomnia issues.
She is on a 3rd shift work schedule....and lately has been having problems falling asleep.
Do you have any good advice, or anything that could be helpful to her?

I'm sorry to hear you feel badly about your sister. I went through a similar situation with my brother and his decision to end a relationship. It was, and still is at times, hard.
Regarding your niece, here are some natural supplements I've read can help: tryptophan, melatonin, valerian root, GABA.

Just wondering if you should go to the Dr. for a check-up, routine physical.
Ya know, the basic, blood work and stuff.

I've been considering it for a while. If I don't see improvement very soon (with the iron supplements) I plan to make an appointment. I've been deterred by lack of insurance.
If anemia is not the cause, I think the issue may be underactive thyroid.

Ok. So, i feel really really really really really really bad ive missed this!!!!! You started this in April and I just saw it like two days ago. How bad a person am I? So, whatever you like, Ill buy it for you to beg for your forgiveness .
Hummm, where to start. First off, I love the setup. Can I ask why you are doing so much cardio with each session? Im also behind on knowing what you mean when you mention all this school/ textbooks/ etc? I think you should go in for a routine physical if possible.
And personally, this is just my opinion after reading some of the recent ones: You are bastion of pure love! Wishing you the best today.

I created this journal mainly to sort through my life/thoughts and reflect on where I've been and determine where I'm heading. I didn't tell many ppl about it because I didn't want to bother anyone. I don't want you to feel obligated to read/post here; I know you care about me, I've seen you show it in other ways. I count you a friend
The setup is just a way to help me organize/manage my life a bit.
The amount of cardio has a variety of reasons. Mostly, I've found it to be the best stress relief over the years. Additionally, depression runs strongly in my family and I have found that cardio has helped keep me drug/antidepressant free for almost 10 years. When I don't do cardio, I notice the effects greatly. Endorphins are my drug of choice.
Regarding textbooks, I've returned to school this year after a 4 year hiatus.
Yes, I love "love". I believe it's the most powerful tool we have.
