How would you respond to someone telling you that you're jacked or ripped, etc.??

I've been lurking this form for years and have never posted but today I had a question on my mind and I felt only the misc would be capable of answering it: When I was at the gym today I overheard a guy tell another guy that he was "JACKED" and the other guy just laughed and said "thanks man." My question is: What would miscers say?

I'll normally just do the whole "Thanks, man! Appreciate the compliment." Or, depending on my mood, I'll say something jokingly like "Naw, I'm not all that big, it's just that I wear really tight shirts."
