Should I wait till I recover 100% from the Flu..

to start working out again? Or can I workout now, I'm still recovering, it's not as bad anymore, but I have to work out lightly, is it worth it?

Hey,
Dont write yourself off yet
Its only in your head you feel left out
Or looked down on
Just try your best
Try everything you can
And don't you worry what they tell themselves
When youre away.

nobody will give you anything in life, if you want something, go get it! show no fear!
you cant succeed unless you try, give it your best shot!
Im all about self-improvement, being the best I can be
lift heavy, train hard, any less would be wasted effort
relax, its just life.

I rep back
