Things like chicken I notice a difference. Organic beef tastes a little less corny...? Hard to describe
IMO there's no flavor difference most of the time unless it's mass farm raised(for mass quantity) or free range(for quality)

It's pretty pricey compared to the regular stuff, but I imagine that they don't farm the salmon; they fish it from the coast and ship it to the local market. Regardless of how they do it, to me, it tastes a lot different. It's so much softer and has more flavor.
Beef I can't tell; chicken, I agree with you. def. can. It's a lot more tender and easier to season.

I mean how you have raise an organic fish. I don't really understand that part cause they probably feed them the same food
I can go to a lake about 10 miles away and catch a wild sockeye salmon. You mad? Sockeye has beautiful marbling and is so nom nomy it's insane
Usually you can tell organic beef by their marbiling. There's usually a little more, but the actual streaks of fat are thinner

best way i can think to get the freshest fish would be to live on the coast where its readily available at a fish market
or i could be totally wrong
