prepare to be disappointed if you are expecting "the scariest movie of the year" as advertised.

?
Did I cut?
No.
And I didn't like SPBR. the setup of the leg/back days was lame and there was way too much pressing up on the upper days. And 5/3/1 would be good if you want strength increase while also building muscle, because you can really add in any muscle-building accessories you want.

Flat Bench Press
Warm Up:
45 x 15
95 x 8
135 x 5
165 x 1
185 x 1
Working sets:
205 x 4 + 1 light assist [+20 pounds, -3 reps]
135 x 15
Weighted Dips
x 10
45 x 8 [+2 reps]
65 x 6 [+20 pounds]
65 x 6 [+20 pounds]
65 x 6 [+20 pounds]
Cable Flies
15 x 10
20 x 10
25 x 10
30 x 10
35 x 10 [+5 pounds, added set]
Bodyweight Bar Dips
x20 (wide grip)
x14 (close-grip)
Hanging Leg Raises
x 10
x 15
Felt like I didn't completely destroy chest, though I got it good. Wanted more but couldn't think of anything else to do really. Knew any pressing after all that wasn't gonna be good at all and I never feel pressing. Don't feel flies. Feels like I'm missing something though.
Oh well, I have shoulders in two days anyway, probably best I don't destroy em

So I missed it. What did you end up doing to your bench form?
And how do you not feel cable flyes!?? That's weird. Cables feel freaking good man. Have you tried the pec deck maybe?

I do feel em, especially when squeezing em.
And I was doingl ike a wide-grip close-grip before. My elbows were WAY past my wrists and it took away a lot of strength.

Trainer at my gym is a powerlifter who benched 455 raw and I realized something was wrong because I felt no power and my bench max had gone down after I changed my form to what I thought was proper. Had him check it out and he told me.

Legs
LIKIN IT. Besides the leg press.
Squats
Warm up:
45 x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
275 x 1
Working set:
295 x 5 [+20 pounds]
EST 1RM: 332 (+17 pounds)
So solid. All were way below parallel. Face red as ****, face set in rage, goood ****. Some big dudes had gathered around and got me to go for the fifth which I nailed somewhat easily. 3 plates for 5 next week? I'm thinking so. I'll see if I can get a vid.
Leg Press
Warm up:
4 plates x 10
6 plates x 5
Working sets:
405 x 6 [-5 reps...uhh]
315 x 20
Don't know what happened here...my warmup was a lot different so maybe that's it? Plus I'm assuming that my legs were raped from a 20 pound squat increase.
The thing is with high rep sets, the weight forces me up the seat, so that I go from a completely seated position to being forced to go up more on the seat, which takes out more and more range of motion higher I go. But it still raped quads, so good ****.
Lying Leg Curls
Warm up:
40 x 8
80 x 8
Working set:
140 x 16 [+10 pounds, +1 rep]
Good stuff.
Seated Calf Raises
1 plate x 10
1 plate x 10
1 plate x 10
Felt like I was about to cramp up. I wonder what's up...I don't think standing calf raises make em cramp up so I'll start doing those on a smith machine.
Arms tomorrow.
Creepy story of the day:
in computer class we have wheeled chairs. Some dude came over to my area so I told him to go away and he wouldn't. There was a space between him and the back of his chair so I slid into that like i was straddling him from behind and he stood up immediately (no homo).
Then the homo guy who sits behind me and talks to himself and is mentally retarded and gives me massages that I have talked about before goes
"I have something to say. That was hot."
and me and the people around me just kinda stared at each other. And this kid has a really monotonous like robot voice and this was the first time he had ever showed like actually emotion in his voice. Like he was srs aroused. And he goes "why don't you do that to me?" and I had nothing to say. And he's like "you can do that to me sometime."
not even kidding
he is like waterboy for the football team or something and would always do the same ****. Like when they would slap each other's asses and **** (no homo) he would always whine "why does no one do that to me?"
sooo weird.
Oh, and I got asked to do wrestling, shotput, and swimming by various people. Imma do a swim practice tomorrow just for the hell of it but I don't think I'm digging the speedos. Just want the hot girls to mire body. (yes narcissist)

me and the couple dudes around me who had heard it stared straight forward trying SO hard not to laugh. Like I was biting my knuckle. And the rest of the class he was talking to himself but I couldn't make out the words, but he would make occasional whining animal noises and I think he was berating himself for having been homo.
Also someone earlier in that class threw an eraser at me as a joke and it bounced off my computer table and hit his face and he shouted "great maker!"
So ****ing weird.
100% srs

Oh and a couple weeks ago I had taken some penis size quiz as a joke on facebook and later that week he had said "I saw your facebook quiz and wanted you to know that I LIKED it." And I was like "wut" trying to think of any non-homo quiz I had taken, but all of them have been pretty gay.

Yes.
High-functioning retard I think. There are a couple retarded kids in that computer class. I have no idea why. It's kinda weird. We had to make quizzes for each other to take and one of them from a retard made no sense at all and he had the answer key at the bottom. Like I can't even remember what it said. It was on computer viruses and it was like "warm (meant worm) viruses are coming from the emails and take over the computer unlike trojen hors". Except more retarded than that, like I can't even pretend to make so little sense
I truly had no clue wtf it was talking about. Even with the answer key there. Because there were more answers than questions and the same answer was on the key multiple times but reworded slightly and even more retarded sounding.
