Try seperating your back and bi days apart from eachother to give it the rest it needs. I had a similar problem with my triceps being on saturday, and chest being monday. I got a new split I am starting this week.
Mon - Legs
Tue - Chest
Wed - Back
Thurs - open for cardio, core, rest
Frid - delts / traps
Sat - Arms.

I will try that, thanks for the advice. I've always had trouble trying to get my arms to grow, gets frustrating but it also motivates me more

I noticed that my BB rows have been getting better and I've been able to do more weight, endurance is improving, but I dont want to say that its due to the Thermaphoria yet...some days I feel real strong and some days my warm ups feel heavy lol, but we'll see how my strength and endurance goes. I may throw in some drop sets on leg day, and when I do drop sets on leg day I go big so my endurance will get tested haha

plasmatic will certainly help you train at your full potential
it looks like everything has been going well thus far
your doing a great job of chronicling the workouts, try to add any thoughts you have regarding the increase in energy, or in sweating from thermogenesis.
I find with ThermaPhoria my appetite is in tact as is my concentration, but I get damned sweaty. Not only when training, but even if a room is a little hot I'll have a little bit of sweat starting up. Once I get on the treadmill its damn near pouring off of me.

Oh I forgot to mention that! Thanks for posting that, Im noticing the same thing! Sweat really starts going during cardio and during my lifting. As you also said, when I'm in a room that my body thinks is warm I get all hot and feel my back start to sweat lol im like whoa lol where the heck did that come from. Im noticing the same things oddly.

Its not odd, at all
Any good thermogenic fat burner will have you sweating, if you havent experienced it with others, its because Thermaphoria is incredibly well formulated and in the upper echelon of fat burning products.

Im really experiencing it during my workouts, especially cardio.
Sorry for the late update today, its been a long day, had to go to my father's Uncle John's viewing today at the funeral home so that set everything back and postponed things. Was feeling lethargic today, debated on going to the gym or not but went anyways. I took my 4 caps preworkout and needed a bit more of a kick so I took a sample pack of Cryoshock that I have which gave me one big kick in the butt. Heres a recap of tonight workout...
Tuesday- Chest, bi's, calves, cardio
Chest:
Incline smith machine presses- 115lbsX20, 135lbsX15, 155lbsX10, 165lbsX8
Flat DB press- 45lbsX15, 50lbsX10(had to switch to unilateral presses after these two sets, shoulders were acting up) 45lbsX15, 50lbsX12
Dips- BWX20, BW+25lbsX12, 10, BW to failure
DB pullovers- 35lbsX15, 40lbsX12, 45lbsX10
Cable crossovers- 40lbsX15, 50lbsX12(2 sets), 60lbsX10
Biceps:
Cable curls- 60lbsX12, 70lbsX10, 80lbsX8 dropset to 50lbsX12ish?
DB hammer curls- 30lbsX12, 35lbsX10(2 sets)
Alt. Cable curls(weight for each arm)- 17.5lbsX12, 15lbsX10(2 sets)
Standing Alt. DB curls- 20lbsX12(2 sets), 25lbsX10( 2sets)
Calves:
Standing smith machine rasies(superset toes pointed out then in)
115lbsX12(2 sets)
Cardio- 30 minutes, 10 pre 20 post
Random thoughts- Had a ton of energy during my workout. Nice pump in the chest and bi's, but my bi's were absolutely fried after the hammer curls so thats why the last two exercies were such light weight, bi's were swoooooooooooole. Sweat was flowing non stop today, thermo big time!!

Another long day today, had to attend a funeral, so I got a late start on going to the gym but it was a good solid workout, heres a recap...
Wednesday- Legs, abs
Legs:
Leg extensions- 45lbsX15, 80lbsX12, 90lbsX12
Seated hamstring curls- 80lbsX15, 90lbsX12, 100lbsX10, 80lbsX10
Squats- 135lbsX15, 225lbsX10, 275lbsX8, 315lbsX8, 330lbsX6
SLDL- 95lbsX15, 115lbsX15, 135lbsX12(2 sets)
Leg press- 4 plates each sideX15, 5 plates a sideX12, 6 plates a sideX10
Single leg hammy curls- 35lbsX12, 40lbsX12(2 sets)
Abs:
Weighted crunches- 2sets X25
Romain chair knee raises- 2 setsX25
Cardio- only did 10 minutes before the workout, legs were pretty much fried afterwards and had no will to do anymore cardio
Random thoughts- Thermo was really kicking in preworkout, when you feel sweat dripping form your pits, and you havent even made it to the gym lol, means the Thermaphoria is doing its job. Kind of torn between taking tomorrow off or going back into the gym, will make my mind up tomorrow
Also I want to add, to the active military members here on the forums and the veterans around America, I would like to thank you for what you are doing for our country, putting your lives on the line to protect our freedom so we can live in the greatest country in the world. Youre service is greatly appreciated, happy Veterans Day to everyone.

Crushing legs tonight helped me get things off my mind, it was a good workout unlike last week when it didnt go so well. The thermaphoria seems to be kicking in pretty well, pretty pumped about seeing the results after the 30 days

terrible news, sorry to hear that. As far as cardio goes, a nice run outside is usually much less boring anyway. Hopefully there are decent weights at your disposal in your buddies garage.

that set up doesnt sound too bad
sorry to hear negativity is surmounting in aspects of your life, but it looks as if your great training regimen is balancing things out and providing stress relief and mental clarity.

Sorry for the lack of updates, just been around everywhere this weekend, just did 40 minutes of cardio friday saturday and sunday, just really didnt feel like lifting. Today I wanted to do some shoulders so I go to warm up on the Smith Machine to do military presses and my shoulders and left elbow just started hurting like no other, so shoulder day was out of the question then I decided to do some back. Then my back started to hurt lol but just kept on with it eventhough it was just one of those days in the gym....
Monday-Back, traps
Back:
Pullups- 25 reps total
Lat Pulldowns- 100lbsX12, 110lbsX10, 120lbsX10, 110lbsX12
BB rows- 95lbsX15, 135lbsX12, 140lbsX10(2 sets), 145lbsX8
DB rows- 45lbsX12, 55lbsX10(2 sets)
Seated Cable rows- 130lbsX15, 140lbsX12, 150lbsX12, 160lbsX10
Behind the back shrugs- 95lbsX12, 115lbsX10(started to get a sharp pain in my neck and shoulders so I stopped)
DB shrugs- 55lbsX15, 65lbsX10(2 sets)
Duel Cable Leaning rows- 25lbs(each hand)X15(2 sets), 30lbsX10
I was just messing around with this movement but really liked it, im not sure what the machine is called but has two different sides you can move around and adjust so I put both of them as close as you can get them, and raised each arm level to the top, grabbed the handles and leaned back and did a rowing movement which I really felt and got a nice squeeze out of, might start adding this into my workouts.
Random thoughts: Thermo effect is still strong during the workouts. Shoulders were really bothering me today, and now my elbows are starting to have some pain in them, just was one of those days were nothing really felt right but I had to lift something since I took 3 days off. Hopefully tomorrows workout will be better

I've gotten that twice doing shrugs. Always a killer. Esp while driving and trying to look in one direction to see if a car is coming... then you realize your f***ed and end up staying in the lane or just pray (jk about that) but yeah it does really suck. Stretch it out and heat it up!

Luckily I never got that in football otherwise it would have been total chaos for me. I feel ya, definitely take care of it. I hate how long it lasts though.

a chiropractor may be able to get to the bottom of this
sounds like nerve impingement or something of the likes
