2 years later.
yep this is myself just about 2 years into training now. any comments/help would be cool.
two problems if anyone can help is
my abs. one side is perfect while the other side the abs seem misplaced or not properly developed. dont know why but if anyone has some answers.
also my shoulders are my genetically gifted muscle. too bad my chest suffers from this. its very hard to grow muscle on my chest the pics you see is from hard work on trying to get my chest up n going. this has prevented me from doing other things like legs! lol any help on ways to improve chest would be appreciated

Lookin good man! I feel you on the chest thing...one of my weakest points.
And on the abs thing, it's most likely genetics. Can't really change it. But I wouldn't worry about it, your body looks great.

good work mate.. defiantely need to hit those legs.. almost chicken legs
your ab structure are genetic. nothing u can do about it
You may be overtraining your chest trying to make it grow.. cut back a bit.

haha the shadow in the first pic make your stache look very hitlerish....
great work so far though. if your chest isn't growing it's most likely cause your not stretching the muscle. bench press provides very little stretch. dips and flyes and much better...
G'luck!

thanks for the advice. yeh the mates i usually train with love bench. doesnt work out the same for me. i get much more feeling in cables and flies. recently cut out flat bench completely and only doing incline. haha at the hitler look. funny i thought that too coz i trimmed my moustache a little too short.

heavy squats and deads will make everything grow.
i think it's amazing how far your upper body has come in proprtion to your lower half. it looks kinda funny compared to your legs.
