Arms
BB Curl
85x5x4
Aww feel the burn negatives on last rep of each strict form
Standing Skullcrushers
75x5x4
First set hurt my elbows, need to warm up more, but last 3 were solid.
DB Hammers
40x6x2
Pushdowns
50x6x2
Different machine, solid contraction at the peak
5 sets of Forearms
2 scoops of Nitrean, 5g Creatine Mono. Multi if i remember in 5 min -.-
Short and sweet, gonna experiment with my arms a little bit over the next 4-6 weeks. I really did like this workout though, gonna keep trying to increase the weight \each session. Tomorrow is back if I can get time to do it!

One thing that I might suggest is to throw in a couple more exercises and skip forearms. What has worked well for me is to pick 4 exercises for biceps and 4 for triceps and keep sets between 3-4 per exercise and reps fairly low like you did. I also never work forearms explicitly because I feel that doing exercises with no straps and heavy you will build them naturally. I try to choose exercises such as hammer curls or reverse barbell curls where forearms are worked indirectly. For triceps I do single arm reverse grip cable extensions or DB Hammer tricep extensions to get forearms. Another good one for triceps (sorry no forearms) is close grip bench press. Keep your elbows in tight to your sides to focus on hitting the triceps. Keep in mind triceps are 2/3's of your arm size. Dips are also awesome to help build solid arms. I feel the time spent on forearms could be better spent for me so I get my forearm (grip work) with other things. Pullups, hammers as mentioned above, deadlifts. Pretty much anything that requires you to really use a good solid grip will get the forearms. Many people would disagree but it has worked wonders for me as I feel my arms are probably my best part. Good luck!

Yea Ill have to give it a try, but the reason I do forearms apart is because I too thought that they'd grow along with other exercises but they did very very little. I have fallen away from the reverse pushdowns/curls and need to do them next time. Probably will instead of hammers...I remember I stopped doing them because I heard that they worked the same muscles as curls are believed it for some reason? Haha but I do need to try some CGBP next time...will keep it in mind, thanks!

Well I dont know about that but I hope so!
On another note, I didn't have time to go to the gym today, and I was gonna do arms since my back and chest are pretty sore. So Im going to do a high rep workout at home since I dont have anything all that heavy. We'll see how it goes
