Try telling that to Defrancos athletes who would be twice as strong as you and do pushups at least twice a week. Your prob one of those BBs with no athletic ability whatsoever haha

Divorced wife? Well let me tell you, you spotty little virgin, Are you aware I am very happily married with a beautiful wife, my own house, car good job and I am roughly twice your size. My arms alone are probably twice the size of your upper legs. You have no build - you look as though you're one of those stupid bitches who only train chest and arms that come into my gym and amuse me. It's easy for you to bitch behind your pc son, but let me tell you it would be a different story face to face. Oh yeah.

I have done pushups in the past and saw no real benefit to my bench. I believe they are good for shoulder health though, since your scapula is free to rotate or something or other. I have hit a 350lb touch and go bench.

I can rep 315x3, and I never do push-ups. In fact, I never see serious powerlifters/bodybuilders in my gym do them. It's always wannabe athletes.

You're saying multiple Defranco athletes bench 660+ lbs raw?
