Chest building
Hi, my chest is not grow as well as my other areas.
I'm guessing my chest might be my weak-point.
So does anyone who had problem growing their chests know any tips that can help me out?
Thanks.

Change up your routine. No matter what you do, if your chest is geneticcally declined it will be harder to build it up.
try this:
Incline DB Press 4 sets @ 10 reps
Flat BB Press 3 sets @ 10 reps
Incline Hammer Machine 4 sets tapered @ 14,12,10,8 reps
Cable Crossovers 3 sets @ 15-20 reps
Each week alternate DB and BB for the first two

do bench and incline bench, mix it up...one cycle of DB flat with BB incline
one cycle of BB flat with DB incline
along with DB chest flies, and maybe some dips (lean forward more, feels great)
good luck.

what are you currently doing for your chest. We need stats, rep range, sets, exercises, frequency etc... Has your weight in general gone up the past month. I really dont get how people here can just throw off advice without knowing anything about the person theyre talking to

Focus on increasing flat/incline bench press and muscle will come as strength increases.
It's not rocket science, this is the most overasked question on the forums.

My Chest routine:
DB Press 12,10,10
Incline DB press 3 x 8
Decline DB Press 3 x 10
DB Flyes 3 x 8
The reason I only do DB exercises is because I work out at home and all I have are DBs.
Thanks.

how many times a week do you do this? Also, are those straight sets or do you ramp up to your max weight and do one set with that? I cant see anything horribly wrong with what youre currently doing so just focus on beating your previous workout and getting stronger, also remember that you have to eat in order to grow. BTW, if you do that once a week i would up the sets or ramp up to your max weight and then do several sets with that.

I do it once a week with max weight. Perhaps my chest just need more time than my other areas.
Thanks for all the reply.
