Yeah that's a good idea actually. I'm sure I'm in their database though, so I may just explain the situation and see if I can get it traded for a working copy (assuming their database keeps track of my purchases). If that does not work I'll go to another store close by and do what you said. Cheers for the tip.

I don't know, I didn't find it that frustrating. Once you get the hang of the game it's not really hard. Just need to play careful instead of rushing in and expecting to just kill everything easy.
