I'm starting Animal Pak/Stak on Monday.
I'm no where no ready for what you're doing Kon_Rock, but I'm glad to see that there's something for me to look back on to kinda help me through my journey.
It sounds like Animal from Universal is the real deal.
I can't wait to start this.

No I haven't been to Animal Forum... but I just realized that you're 5'7 and 210. You're a monster. People consider me big for my size at 5'7 166lbs. You're about the size of a building. I will register at the Animal forums, and yeah, I logged this... I will be visiting this site everyday, because I'm on a computer everyday... So keep up the good stuff...

Seated Side Lat. Raises: 25x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x8, 45x6
Laying Rear Delt Raises: 45x10, 50x8, 50x8
Front BB Raises: 65x10, 85x8, 95x8
Upright Rows: 95x10, 115x8, 135x7
Behind the Back Shrugs: 135x12, 225x15, 275x15, 315x12
Front Shrugs: 225x12x12
Steering Wheels: 25x12, 35x8, 35x8
Real good session, felt large and in charge. The side raises felt real good, I was doing them slow with no momentum and holding. Felt great. The laying rear raises are fantastic, I have seen lots of growth in my rear delts with these. I was reading in one of the muscle mags about how behind the back shrugs are better for trap development, so I thought I would go all out on those. I felt stronger with it behind the back that for sure. It seem to feel better, could get a better stretch on them. And the steering wheels are just insane. I was dying on that last set.
Overhead one arm Tri Extensions: 25x10, 30x8, 30x8
Forearm Curls: 3 Sets 25-20
Big day today, my arms are killin me! My forearms were sore to begin with today and my tris felt blown up after one set. I pushed it the whole time. Soild day, what a way to end the week. Now time for some rest!
incline bb curls, that's a new one man never thought about that. I haven't isolated arms in over 5 weeks and I'm beginning to miss it!
That was suppose to be Incline DB Curls. I don't really know how you could do Incline BB Curls, is there a way to do that? Yeah I bet you miss it, nothing like blasting arms. How long are you gonna do this split?
Past two days had some well needed rest and loaded up with food. I'm hoping I get my car today!!!! I'm so tired of driving this little rent-a-car around.

Haha, I was wondering 'bout that. I'll be on my current split for 2 more weeks before I switch things up, haven't decided yet on what to switch to though.

I adjusted the height on the incline bench and made it more chest then delt and man that felt alot heavier. I didn't think it would really make that much of a difference, but it did. Had a huge pump from it though. The Incline DB felt good, I didn't feel like going all out on them after the BB incline. I took my time tonight, I usually do more exercises but felt like taking it slower.
Weight: 210lbs I feel heavier then that, I was thinking that was gonna say 215.
Straight Bar Cable Row Pulls (Not sure what its called): 3 Sets 8
I was watching some videos today of Dennis Wolf and Fankhouser doing back so I kinda combined something. I wanted to switch things up. Man by the time I got to BB Rows my back was feeling blowin up. I had to keep from using my lower lats on those. Felt great tho, the Straight Bar Cable Row Pull things are great to get the top part of the back squeeze. I really like the Close Grip Pulldowns those feel really good, don't extended your arm all the way and keep that tension on the lats. Burn'em up quick!
Weight: 211lbs
-Yeah man I have all those videos, I watch them all the time. I watched one of Fankhouser trainin arms that I'm gonna try out on friday. It's on MD if you wanna check it out.
It doesn't look like alot but man I'm dead. I was visualizing squats all day, so when I got there I was ready to go. I didn't rest to long in between these sets, kept moving. It was really good, my legs are killing me. I kinda felt like I was going to throw up there after I was done.
Weight: 210lbs
-Well Tomorrow and Friday I won't be able to workout. I'm heading home to go hunting with my dad. I'm pretty excited, I haven't been hunting in about 4 years. It'll be fun to get back out there and hopefully be successful. So have a good rest of the week everyone and good weekend.
Seated Side Lat. Raises: 25x8, 35x8, 45x8, 45x10, 50x6
Laying Rear Delt Pullovers: 50x8, 50x8, 50x8
Upright BB Rows: 95x10, 115x8, 135x8
Behind the Back Shrugs: 135x10, 225x20, 315x12, 375x8
Front Shrugs: 225x15, 225x10
I wasn't able to leave to go home. But the bright side I was able to continue lifting big. Real good day, felt solid up there and shoulders are feeling alot stronger. I really like what I got going on here.
Weight: 211lbs

Thanks man, I'm feeling really confident in my squats. I love them now. Do it man you got it!!! Don't be scared of it, just get under that bar and dig deep.
Good day....felt strong up there. The decline hammer machine felt really good, pushed it fibers all the way. Wasn't sure what to expect...I'm excited to go home for Thanksgiving and its kinda taking my focus off lifting. Just gotta stay with it, but the break will be a much needed one.
Whats your plan after you finish mstak when it comes to training/supps?

Well first off taking a break from it all for Thanksgiving. Where my parents live there's no gym at all, so its not really a choice, but it'll be a good. But then get back into it and probably stay with: NSC and Uni-liver. I'm thinking just go with Shock and Storm and Iso-Whey, Torrent (I ran out a week ago and man I need this stuff), just to kinda lean out a bit. Get off those weight gainers. Mostly keeping it simple.

A week off will probably do you good, rest up, eat up and get ready to hit your next phase hard.

BB Rows: 135x10, 195x10, 225x8, 275x6, 225x6, 135x10-Holding at the end

Triangle Grip Pulldowns: 4 Sets 8-10
RevGrip Pulldowns: 2 Sets Blasting out
Hammer Machine Rows: 4 Sets 8-10
Standing Cable Rows (on lat pulldown machine): 4 Sets 8-10
Good workout, I had no idea what I was gonna do today and it turned out really good. BB Rows felt great. Deads-I didn't want to go all heavy with squats coming up tomorrow. I'm really liking that Standing Cable Row movement. Its a great way to end back with a good squeeze and burn.
Its like 40 degrees here and all rainy/snowy, I love it. Everyone is like 'its so cold' and I just laugh. Great Animal hoodie and Animal beanie weather!
