I am finally completely healthy for the first time in months..no broken fingers, no pulled shoulder ligaments, no stitches, no flu...I'm ready to hit the gym hard and get the diet down!

we have a chinese buffet near the house...they have a sushi bar included in the price. I'm not a connoseur of sushi so I don't know the names and all...but they have a few types or rolls (ie california and philly rolls) then they have the rice with tuna, rice with salmon, rice with eel, rice with snow crab leg (yes real snow crab not the sea sticks) and rice with shrimp...and it is super fresh...I can eat there for 8 bucks including a drink and tip

Don't even mention chinese buffet man...there's a really good one near my house too, with the same prices! I can put a huge dent in that buffet table!

hell yeah, its sorta like pepper seared ahi tuna without the searing. A great sushi place near me makes it, with this creamy wasabi sauce. its a slice of pesce-heaven

fortunately (only in food sense) I live close to NYC and in a very affluent county so the food tends to be real high quality around here.
