day 11 biceps


I was sick n in pain all damn night just about ,and most of today but I did make it in to the gym this morning feelin like sh*t ,got the job done none the less I decided not to take any pre workout stimms like usual due to dehydration n that hurt a bit too but I did hit a PR on the machine curls either way somehow

Sleep - Time and Quality- was great when I could sleep , stomach pain from food poisoning was rough
Mental Alertness/Focus- today it was good when I wasn't hurting
Energy- was not there at all but the show must go on
Motivation- was not very good , but just because of not feeling well
Mood/Aggression- way up I was not a happy camper today
Stress- up I have exams tomorrow and have a lot to catch up on
Libido- no change
Joints- feel fine
Endurance- not as good as usual for obvious reasons
Strength- was decent today despite feeling weak n dehydrated
Quality of Training- not too great today
Pump and Vascularity- this was actually really good today about half way through my workout I was lookin jacked
Muscle Hardness/Density- very good today
Body Composition and Look - not that great today due to eating carbs trying to keep from losing weight while sick
Appetite- still high somehow
Overall Sense of Feeling - mentally ok ,physically not so great

man how many companies hype a product to at least to a point ? ....all of them ,seriously this goes on with every supplement out there, do you honestly get your kicks by playing perry mason and going around debating the numbers in advertisements? because if u do ,u must be busy as hell lol , and really I've got nothing against u but it gets a lil old with people constantly trying to knock a product that they know nothing about , especially in my log when there are 2 threads up by the company in company promotion about this product .please take your argument to the appropriate place brah

day 12 core


hit the core today against my better judgement ( I usually don't let that get in my way anyway ) all in all I felt pretty good and actually had more energy than time today ,I'm still not feelin too hot but but I'm going to try n hit some cardio this evening maybe some strike training to release a lil agression on the punching dummy

Sleep - Time and Quality- I slept great last night got 8hrs
Mental Alertness/Focus- my focus was really on point today far better than normal
Energy- more than I needed
Motivation- I'm still motivated
Mood/Aggression- way up between being sick n my normal fire I'm a dangerous individual today
Stress- not too bad today
Libido- is up
Joints- joints feel fine
Endurance- my endurance was excellent
Strength- pretty good
Quality of Training- was very solid
Pump and Vascularity- didn't do much to notice vascularity
Muscle Hardness/Density- looking pretty solid
Body Composition and Look - not bad but I'm still working on it
Appetite- way up
Overall Sense of Feeling - feelin good


6 sets winshield wipers 6-8 reps each all the way over then back is 1 in my book

5 sets hanging leg raises knees to the chest w 20lbs of ankle weights strapped on

weighted crunches

oblique crunch hanging sideways over a roman chair holding a 55lb dumbell 4 sets of 12 each side

torso rotations
4 sets of 20 set on 205lb resistance

10 mins on the arc trainer

I am about to go take out some agression n get some cardio beating up an inatimate object with a lil muay thai skill

no vid from the gym today so I'll give u some music for the way I feel today

5 sets hanging leg raises knees to the chest w 20lbs of ankle weights strapped on

weighted crunches

100x12
80x16

oblique crunch hanging sideways over a roman chair holding a 55lb dumbell 4 sets of 12 each side

torso rotations
4 sets of 20 set on 205lb resistance

10 mins on the arc trainer

I am about to go take out some agression n get some cardio beating up an inatimate object with a lil muay thai skill

no vid from the gym today so I'll give u some music for the way I feel today

Better judgment.........let me guess that dummy will have some sort of gecko on it....haha Get better buddy
