I'm into muscle worship myself. That's why I look into mirrors from time to time.

Adjustable dumbbells
Any of you guys have any experiences with adjustable dumbbells? I was thinking of picking up a set. Due to space limitations, they seem like the best option. Any brands you'd recommend over the other? Bowflex's is much more expensive, as usual. I see a Gold's brand out there too. Just looking for some feedback if anyone's used them.

I bought a pair of Powerblocks for my niece's husband. He likes them. I checked them out before I bought them and was impressed.
http://www.powerblock.com/
edit: I should mention the one drawback that I noticed was the small cylinders that are removable for very small incremental changes. It wasn't as quick to change weights as the larger incremental changes.

I have a set of adjustables that I use now that I train at home. They were made by Thor Barbell - filled with sand. I don't recommend them because the rods on which you adjust them (yes homo) tend to be too long and it's awkward to use them. I've had them for six years and still can't get used to them. My set included an all-purpose gaybar(instead of a straight bar), but it can't carry more than 127 lbs on it because it's not long enough.
God, all the innuendos in that paragraph! giggity

Do you remember what model/set you went with? They look neat. And colorful lol. How did they feel to you?
They're about the same price point as the Bowflex adjustables. I have no problem paying more for quality, you all know how I feel about WalMart lol.

The 9.0 stage one. They were very nice, but a little big to me. They'd be fine for bench pressing or overhead pressing, but curling might be a little awkward.
edit: about quality...these are very, very nice.

Offensive was my first reaction. Then confusion. If there was implied humor, it was lost on me. Sarcasm is like a loaded weapon. It should be handled with great care and skill or the next thing you know.... it's time to wallpaper the kitchen again.

I thought the Video was actually funny (I know not intended to be)but really a propaganda film to watch out for homosexuals. They should have mentioned that they would suck your Kock and every horn-dog would be looking for an overly friendly homosexual
