Good to see you back as well Bob and glad to hear things are better health wise. I have had some big time blood pressure issues since Christmas. Went in for a physical and it was 188/124. On 2 meds now and hate it.

Wow, sorry to hear about the BP. Do you have it under control now? Physical or stress issues? Have you tried walking more and lifting less?

Actually that's another issue but I can't feel that one! Once my weight is down the pressure and cholesterol (another issue) go down for me. Good luck with yours.

BP is a hereditary thing for me(thanks Dad). It is under control thanks to Benicar and Procardia. Chloresterol and everything else is good. I do lots of walking behind my 2 Brittanys.
