lmfao!! 500 on supps!! *sigh*
heres a list of things that are remotely worth it. (IN THIS ORDER)
- casein protein powder
- egg protein powder
- whey protein powder
- a multivitamin/mineral (either orange triad or mvp-365 + ZMK)
- fish oil
- digestive enzymes, psyllium husk fiber, probiotics, etc
- BULK creatine monohydrate
- BULK beta-alanine
- bcaa's (xtend is teh greatest)
- caffeine pills and 1,3 dimeth pills. if u really NEED a mental boost
DONT buy any "pre-workout" formulas and DONT buy any "weight gainers"
- If you're really having trouble putting weight on, make your own gainers by throwing protein, pb, fruit, oats, whatever into a blender.
Notice how protein and health related supplements come first. If you're body isn't operating at its best, why wouldn't your gains in the gym be negatively affected?
What money you have left, put in the bank and use for groceries and non-bbing related expenses. Trust me. You'll be glad you did. I wasted soo much money on supplements that promised this and that and were fun to use but ultimately did NOTHING other than boost my ego temporarily

Why is that funny? Probiotics are very good for you. I take acidophilus on my workout days.
